Integration & Automation = Satisfaction

In today's business environment, a web site is much more than simply an advertising vehicle. Have you considered extending your web site to automate and integrate day-to-day customer service? Some of our existing clients have found that this improves customer retention and satisfaction while simultaneously reducing support expenses.

It has been proven that regardless of what industry a business entity resides, it takes ten times more effort to obtain a new customer than to retain an existing one. Effort is measured by time, money and exertion extended by the business entity. A customer stays with a firm who they believe values their business, by demonstrating this to be the case, not just making statements to that affect. They stay with a supplier that makes it easy for them to do business with and who keeps their commitments.

This means getting punctual results to their requests:

1. Obtain detailed product information
2. Place an order
3. Ensure order accuracy
4. Track an order
5. Obtain training or product support
6. Schedule repairs
7. Return something
8. Check status or resolve billing issues
9. Have their general day-to-day questions answered in a timely manner.

Simply put, your customers want to have access to you when they want it; 24 x 7 x 365.

Your web site can go a long way to helping satisfy your customers' needs and it can do it at an exceptionally low cost. Your web site could fully automate customer services responses for items 1 - 6 on the above list. Moreover, your Web Site could be the first responder to over 50% of all general requests. For example, by connecting your Web site to IVR (Interactive Voice Response) you can expand what you offer a customer in the way of self-service. This means more satisfied customers and lower costs for you; a win-win.

Please contact me if you would like to discuss Web based business automation opportunities in more detail.

Best Regards,

Louis Burke
Sales
RP Design Web Services
908.998.1264

Save With Local Search Engine Ads

This is important: Being listed in a Google Local Search is like getting free Yellow Page ads, just more effective - ask anyone under 35 the last time they used Yellow Pages.

Google’s Local Business Center Listings are the information that appears when someone searches Google, Google Maps, Mobile, or Google 411. And that information, which can fill the same purpose of an ad, is absolutely free. Try it and you may find that your business is already listed. Search Engines such as Google, gather as much as they can about your firm from many sources, but that information may be inaccurate or out of date, unless you publish it yourself. You need a presence that SELLS your business.

We recently created a local ad for our new Baltimore sales office and were getting prospective client within days. For the search term, Web Design Baltimore, we are 4th from the top of local search results (D) bypassing all paid and merit results for this page.

You want your customers to find you and we do too. My advice: Subscribe to Google Local Search yourself or let us do it for you. Just do it!

Best regards,

Alan

Alan L. Davidson
Director of Sales
RP Design Web Services
Our Web Services Mean Business

800.847.3475 x 201
Alan@rpdesign.com
www.rpdesign.com

Tag Your Sales

All businesses want people to know about them. To be found on the web, you need Tags.
Tags, hidden code, are critical to your success because they make you money by sending visitors, especially prospective clients, to your site. Without them your web site loses the opportunity to grab potential customers using the search engines. Worse your existing customers may actually be directed to competitors that know how to use tags.

Two important Business Questions that you should ask yourself:
1. Does a search engine such as Google recognize your company name or a phrase that your best client would use to find your business?
2. Does your website show up in a natural organic search (non-sponsored, non-paid ads)?
If the answer is “No” to either of these questions, you may have a site that is missing all-important Tags.
RP Design Web Services employs industry-standard tagging technology to tailor your message for customers as well as search engines. Let us Tag YOUR website and move it up the rankings.

Best regards,
Alan
Alan L.
We Are Helping to Spread Your News

In a down economy, it sometimes is sometimes difficult to think about marketing your business. Even when you take the time, the power of your web site is too often ignored.

For those of you who want to do it yourself or just want to see the best practices that we employ, we have created a special web site with valuable information - www.seomarketingnow.com.

SEOMarketingNow.com was launched last week with the simple motivation that to thrive, we need to help our clients be successful. Over time it will become a part of your media diet, providing a rich source of Web Marketing information. Note: Instead of checking the site daily, you can follow by signing up for our RSS feed.

There are millions of Web sites competing for your customer’s attention. So you have to make your site visible to them whether it is by organic, paid search engine advertising or social networking. Use your web site to go directly to the people.

The sole purpose of SEOMarketingNow.com is to demonstrate how your web site can more effectively get your message to prospective customers. For web marketing creates SALES and at time when over 26,000 journalism jobs are lost, traditional marketing, yellow pages, magazines, newspapers, and TV have become more costly and less effective. We all need to be editors and publishers now. Bookmark SEOMarketingNow.com.

Best regards,

Alan

Alan L.
THE IMPORTANCE TO YOUR BUSINESS OF TAGS

Two important Business Questions that you have to ask yourself:

1. Have you ever tried to Google your company name or a phrase that your best client would use to find your business?
2. Does your website show up in a natural organic search (non-sponsored, non-paid ads)?

If the answer is “No” to either or both of these questions, you may have a site that is missing out on important opportunities by not having appropriate Tags

As a business owner and decision maker, you have a website for various reasons such as your need to:
·	Make and save money
·	Prospect for new clients while servicing your existing ones
·	Brand your business
·	Sell your ideas

A web site won't do you much good if it can’t be found. When your computer goes to a web page, there is hidden data called tags that you cannot see but which the computer can. It tells the computer how the page should be displayed.

Tags are critical to your success because they send visitors, including prospective clients, to your site. Without the proper use of tags your web site will loose the opportunity to grab the attention of potential customers using Google and other search engines. You might also lose existing customers who are directed to other business that are using tags.

Tags are necessary to a Search Engine Marketer, because the search engine uses tags to determine what content is more important than others.

For example, an HTML page uses tags to make headers look big. A search engine can “see” the headers that are bigger and decide that the content inside the header is providing more accurate information about the page than just the content.

Metatags are another type of tag that provides data and information about the page to Search Engines. When metatags are used properly they can help get you listed higher up in search engine results. The higher the results the better your chance of getting the sales, contacts, visitors, etc.

We at RP Design use industry-standard search engine optimization techniques to ensure that your site is tailored to specific search engines. These includes tags, titles, content, keywords, page structure, navigation, etc.--all sophisticated practices used by Google and other search engines to identify YOUR website and move it up.

Call us today to see how RP Design can move you up the search engines.

Sincerely,

Alan

Alan Davidson
RP Design Web Services
800.847.3475 x201
www.rpdesign.com

Web Tip: Add Buzz with Viral Marketing

In these economic times it is important to use our advertising dollars wisely. To help we are developing a series of Web Tips each containing valuable Web Marketing and Advertising information. This one focuses on a new cost effective marketing strategy.

Viral Marketing Campaigns encourage people to pass on your marketing message to others with the potential for exponential growth in the message's exposure and influence. For example, an item such as small game representing your brand can be given away to the public for "free." These free products generate business by leading customers back to your website.

Other examples are:

·	Quizzes and contests
·	Wallpaper reflecting your brand for users to download
·	A (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) newsletter with valuable content related to your industry, as well as links back to your site and reasons why they should choose your business or product
·	Youtube video giving tips or information tailored to your industry, linking back to your website.
· Small viral websites giving bits and pieces of information about something that is usually upcoming and not well known, such as a new company, brand, or product
·	Networks that tie together viral websites to launch a new brand or product. Each gives some "piece to the puzzle." The websites themselves are interesting, and draw the user to do some "digging." This way, when the brand finally launches, people recognize the link between the network and brand, and are drawn towards the brand or product

Contact us Today to find out how Viral Marketing could create sales for your business.
