How To Use

Please contact our office when you first use this service so we can advise on which of the links below to click on.

A connection is made when you download and run (one of the executable programs) below. Once you have downloaded the file save it and whenever you need help, execute the file.

This will allow a connection from our Cheshire CT office (note: preferred connection).

Our Remote Helpdesk Link: http://www.rpdesign.com/remotehelpdesk/RemoteOffice.exe

When either link is clicked on, a small program is downloaded onto your PC that allows our support staff to connect remotely. This connection is maintained only as long as your PC is on. If you turn the PC off and want to use this service at another time you need to execute the file again.
