E-mail Help

If you use a client E-mail program such as Outlook or Eudora on your PC, then follow the directions below:

Setting Up Your E-mail Software

Our E-mail account set-up directions below assume you will be using our e-mail server for both outgoing (SMTP) and incoming (POP or IMAP) E-mail. Some local Internet Service Providers (ISPs) require use of their outgoing SMTP server. If you are unable to send E-mail, then contact your ISP via telephone or their web site to get the name of their SMTP Server. For example, in Cheshire, Connecticut Cox would not accept smtp.rpdesign.com as the outgoing server and instead required their server, smtp.east.cox.net, be used.
