E-mail Help
Setting Up Your E-mail Software
There are two E-mail servers that you need to configure your client
program for: outgoing mail (mail that you are sending) and incoming mail
(mail that you are receiving). You will find the place to enter this
information under the preferences or settings section for your client
E-mail program.
Incoming mail is received via a POP3 or IMAP server and outgoing E-mail via a
SMTP server.

Managing Your E-mail Spam Protection
In order to request that spam filter be added to your mailbox, configure or adjust the level of sensitivity on an existing spam filter, please
go to RP Design's Webmail and log in with your email address and password by checking the
"Manage Your Mailbox(es)" option. Then go to Optional Features->Spam Filter. Please read the instructions there and click on the "Click here to
subscribe your mailbox to Spam Filtering. " if spam filter is not currently available for your mailbox.
Note: There is always a chance that mail is filtered by mistake and ordinary messages be sent to your remote Trash
folder on the server. You
are advised to regularly check its contents using Webmail HERE.
How Does Server-level Spam filtering Work?
Spam is a word used for unwanted mail messages. Such messages may contain circulating messages, advertisements and
sometimes-even viruses. In extreme cases, the number of Spam emails may exceed many times the number of regular mail and
thus surpass your mailbox quota. The filter according to your settings will evaluate incoming emails. Messages
considered, as 'Spam' will be moved to a special remote Trash folder.
Improved Spam Filter - Our new Spam filter uses a more efficient algorithm, producing fewer delays and catching more Spam.
