Updating your web site
If you are interested in maintaining your web site, please contact us
so that we can provide you with the necessary information. If you would like to obtain FTP access to your web site, we will provide you with a username
and password that will allow you to make changes. Once you have the FTP account information you can access the files using the freely available
FileZilla program. |

To install FileZilla on your computer, download and run this setup file FileZilla.
If you require assistance with the installation, contact us and we can assist you using our Remote Desktop Support service.
Once installed, run the program and as illustrated below enter your
domain name in the "Host:" field. Username and password you have been
provided into their appropriate fields, and in the "Port:" field enter
21. Then click Quickconnect.
Once you have successfully connected you will see your web site files on the right under "Remote site:".
To Upload: Drag your file from the left pane "Local site:" to the right pane "Remote site:".
To Download: Drag the file from the right pane "Remote site:" to the left pane "Local site:".
