In order to test the live help center please:

1.) Copy and paste this URL "http://hcl.rpdesign.com" in ANOTHER BROWSER OR PC (not just new browser window or tab) so that your operator and customer sessions do NOT get mixed up. Then log in with username "operator" and password "demo", then go to "Live Help" in the main menu's top left corner. You will be signed in as administrator, who is also an operator and will be able to see who lands on this page (one or more target pages can be monitored).

2.) Watch the "Live Help Unavailable" sign change to "Live Help Available" without refreshing the page. Now refresh the page and wait for a fre seconds - an invitation popup prompt appear in a few seconds, that kindly asks you if you need help.

3.) Click on the "Live Help" icon OR on the link in the chat invitation that pops up in a few seconds, enter your name and get connected to the operator (really yourself) in the other browser.

Additional features include the "Live Help Available" button changing back to "Live Help Unavailable" in real time when an operator is NOT available. The chat invittion prompt will ONLY appear when there is an operator online. When there is no operator online the clicking the chat icon will open a short message form that will send the customer question to the operator when he becomes available.
