Reporting a Problem

If you are having problems with your web site or E-mail, first check to see if you are able to access other web sites. If not, it is a problem with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) (not us.) If other web sites are working, but not your web site, or for other problems, please do the following:
1. Telephone us at our office at (203) 271-7991 or (800) 847-3475 and leave a message. RP Design has specialists in different areas of Web Services who combine their skills to create award winning web sites and applications. Our office manager will find the right individual to fix your problem.
