When two Connecticut autism groups−CT Autism Spectrum Resource Center (ASRC) and Autism Society of Connecticut (ASCONN)−merged to form Autism Services and Resources Connecticut (ASRC), the new group became the largest resource for autism information in the state. Their mission is to help families who walk the daily journey of autism and to promote lifelong access to opportunities for persons on the autism spectrum, for whom the goal is to be fully included and participating.

The two organizations needed to merge their databases, a complicated and daunting programming task. ASRC hired RP DESIGN Web Services to combine the two websites and two databases into one site−which would also allow for automation of daily activities.
Today, ASRC has a cheerful looking, appealing website with a new logo, in which the databases of the two organizations have been joined. The new website has been designed to provide a superior user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality throughout. Specifically, the new website

  • \tstores member records to generate reports, mailing lists, mailing labels, and letters with automated, personalized e-mail notices
